With 20 years of experience, Trisha is an accomplished employment and labour lawyer, an expert in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and adjudication, and is a trusted advisor to senior human resource professionals, managers, and business leaders. Known for her impartial approach and clear recommendations, Trisha is dedicated to improving workplace dynamics and productivity.

Trisha is frequently called on to conduct investigations, assessments, mediations, labour arbitrations, governance assessments, and strategic planning, as well as to advise or consult on employment law, human resource, and Board governance matters. She is trained in trauma-informed approaches to investigations and mediation.
Background and Certifications:
Before co-founding Resonance, Trisha had a lengthy employment, labour, and administrative law practice with a large Atlantic Canadian firm where she appeared before all levels of court and administrative tribunals in New Brunswick and provided clients with advice and stewardship on a variety of legal issues.
