Expertise and Services
Erin has considerable experience developing and implementing human resource policies and programs. She also conducts harassment and fact-finding investigations, workplace assessments, governance assessments, and strategic planning. Erin provides training and coaching to leaders and groups at all levels on matters related to human resources, governance, and strategic planning.
Background
Prior to joining Resonance, Erin worked in human resources with one of New Brunswick’s largest employers. In this environment, Erin occupied a number of progressive positions where she honed her skills in leadership and management development, coaching, mediation, labour and employee relations, occupational health and safety, employee health and wellness, and disability management.
